Your shipping address and order details are shared with our fulfilment partner solely for the purpose of printing and delivering your order. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. Where required, those transfers are protected by the provider's standard contractual safeguards.
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. We use your browser's local storage only to remember what's in your cart. Stripe may set cookies on its own checkout pages for security and fraud prevention. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.
We retain your order information for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us, subject to our legal retention obligations.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hi@sillybillystore.com.
If you are located in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR, including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

By purchasing from Silly Billy Store you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Silly Billy Store is an Australian limited-drop merchandise brand, operated as a sole trader business based in New South Wales, Australia. All products are printed on demand and shipped from Australia.
All prices are listed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). We are not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on orders. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
Because items go into production quickly, you can change or cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us. After 24 hours your order may already be in production and can't be changed. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and carrier handling fees levied by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Silly Billy releases new collections of designs on a monthly basis. Previous drop designs remain available for purchase in the ongoing shop. We reserve the right to retire specific designs at our discretion, with reasonable notice where possible.
All designs, graphics, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Silly Billy Store. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any designs without prior written permission.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Because every Silly Billy product is printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Please choose your size carefully before ordering. Our tees are an oversized fit, so if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. Please contact us at hi@sillybillystore.com as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days of receiving your order. This timeframe does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Include:
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Stripe processing times may vary.
