Everything is made to order and shipped from Australia, so allow a little time for printing before it ships.

Australia

3-6 business days after printing. Free on orders over $100, otherwise $10 flat.

New Zealand

5-10 business days after printing. $20 flat.

International

United Kingdom, Canada and Europe. $28 flat, usually 10-30 business days after printing. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are yours to cover.

Production

Allow 2-5 business days for your item to be printed and prepared before it ships.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Currency

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Because everything is printed on demand just for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues. Our fit is oversized, so if you're between sizes, size down.

However, we will always replace or refund items that arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrectly printed. Just send us a photo and we'll make it right.

Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because your tee is being printed the moment you order, changes are only possible within 24 hours. Email us fast. We mean it.
How do I pay?
We use Stripe for secure checkout. You can pay with all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your payment details are never stored on our end.
Product
How do I know what size to order?
Our tees run in a relaxed, oversized fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down.
Where are your products made?
All Silly Billy products are printed and fulfilled in Australia through our print-on-demand partners. Each item is made to order. No sitting in a warehouse somewhere.
Problems
I received a faulty item. What do I do?
That's on us. Send us a message with a photo and we'll sort it out with a replacement or refund. Always.
Where is my order?
Allow 2-5 business days for printing, then 3-6 business days for delivery in Australia (5-10 to New Zealand). Pop your order number and email in the Find your order box above to see where it's at. Still stuck? Message us below.
